Universal Privacy Policy for Clinton Johnson Brands

This Privacy Policy applies to all products, services, and websites operated by Clinton Johnson, including but not limited to BreakThrough At Work, Black At Work, Us At Spaces, and Clinton G Johnson (collectively, the “Brands,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

- User Content: Messages sent, survey responses, testimonials, and course/app activity.
- Any other information you provide to us voluntarily.
- Authentication Information: Login method, OAuth provider, provider account ID, authentication tokens, session information, and account security data.
- App Activity and Product Usage: Feature use, saved responses, completed activities, coaching-plan inputs, pathway activity, interaction history, and other app-generated records.
- Audio, Voice, and AI Content: Text prompts, scripts, audio files, generated audio, voice recordings, and other content submitted to or generated by AI-enabled features.
- Email Engagement Information: Email delivery status, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounce information, and communication preferences.
- Analytics Information: Pages viewed, referral sources, device and browser data, approximate location, clicks, events, and cookie or similar identifier data.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Operate and improve our sites, apps, products, and services.
- Enroll and manage you in programs, coaching, and communications.
- Send updates, marketing materials, newsletters, and notifications.
- Process payments and fulfill transactions.

5. Service Providers, AI Tools, Authentication, and Analytics
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate, secure, analyze, and improve our websites, applications, communications, and user experiences. These providers may process Personal Information only as needed to provide services to us, subject to their own privacy and security obligations. The providers we use may change over time, but currently include the following:
- Supabase — Application backend, database, authentication, user account management, storage, security, and service operations.
- Google Analytics — Website and app analytics, traffic measurement, usage trends, product improvement.
- ElevenLabs — AI voice, audio, narration, text-to-speech, voice generation, or related audio services.
- Resend — Transactional and marketing email delivery.
- OAuth Providers such as Google, GitHub, Microsoft, LinkedIn — Sign-in, account creation, authentication, and account security.
Supabase has a Privacy Notice, a Data Processing Addendum, and security documentation, including SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 references, so it is appropriate to classify it as infrastructure and data storage.
5.1 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our websites and applications. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, links clicked, device and browser information, approximate location, referral source, and interactions with our sites or apps. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to collect and process this information.
We do not intentionally send Google Analytics names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, precise locations, payment information, or other information that directly identifies a person.
5.2 AI Voice and Audio Services
Some of our services may use AI voice, audio, narration, or text-to-speech tools, including ElevenLabs. When you submit text, scripts, audio, voice recordings, or other content for these features, that content may be processed by ElevenLabs to generate, transform, analyze, or deliver audio outputs.
We do not ask users to submit voice recordings or sensitive Personal Information unless needed for a specific service, program, or experience. If we use AI tools to create audio based on your voice or likeness, we will seek appropriate permission before doing so. We do not use user-submitted voice recordings to create custom voice models unless the user has expressly agreed to that use.
5.3 Resend
We use Resend and similar email service providers to send transactional emails, account notices, program communications, newsletters, and marketing emails. These providers may process your name, email address, email metadata, delivery status, unsubscribe preferences, and the content of emails we send or receive. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages, but we may still send transactional, account, security, or service-related messages.
5.4 OAuth
We may allow users to create accounts or sign in using third-party OAuth providers, such as Apple, Google, GitHub, Microsoft, LinkedIn, or other login providers. If you choose to sign in this way, the provider may share information with us, such as your name, email address, profile image, provider account ID, and authentication tokens. We use this information to create or access your account, authenticate you, prevent fraud, secure our services, and provide the requested functionality. We do not receive or store your password for the OAuth provider.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your Personal Information. We may share information as follows:
- With service providers, coaches, or partners who need the information to perform business functions on our behalf.
- In the event of a business transaction (e.g., merger or acquisition).
- When required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
We do not sell Personal Information. We also do not use sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics about users or to target people based on race, ethnicity, gender, disability, sexual identity, or other protected or sensitive characteristics.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures and follow reasonable procedures to protect your Personal Information. However, no service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices & Rights
- You may unsubscribe from marketing communications via a link in our emails.
- You may request access to, update, or delete your Personal Information by contacting info@usatspaces.com.
- Residents of certain jurisdictions may have additional rights under data protection law.
8.1 Data Retention
We retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, operate our business, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our rights and those of our users. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, the service used, legal requirements, user requests, and operational needs.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from children under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
